"The curiosity and drive to understand complex systems started well before that."

I'm a senior Civil Service leader and solo founder who builds the systems that make organisations more effective.

Across eight years and seven government departments — from NHS Test & Trace to the FCDO — I've delivered data strategies, procurement transformation, and operational savings measured in tens of millions of pounds and tens of thousands of staff hours.

In parallel, I build products: VINNIKOV Analytics is a procurement intelligence platform I shipped solo in four months, processing 820,000+ contract notices with AI-powered entity resolution and sanctions screening.

I arrived in the UK as a refugee and taught myself English at a public library — it's where everything else began.
